World Recipes!

image from here

Here are instructions for one of my favorite foods -- onigiri.  Onigiri is from Japan, and in similar to a very large sushi that you eat with no utensils -- it is a great snack for when you're running around but still want something healthy!  (The only speciality ingredient, which is not even really necessary, is nori, which, contrary to popular belief, is NOT seaweed, but instead roasted algae pressed into sheets.)  Onigiri is actually easier to make than sushi in many ways, and can be stuffed with whatever you want/have on hand -- it's so good, I actually just ate one for breakfast!

Inspiration and endless recipes here.
My favorite basic style here.
